I'm Lisa Dublin, MBA, MA I'm a health and life coach and my mission in life is to help you to WIN, because...WHY SHOULDN'T YOU WIN?? I've overcome clinical depression, an eating disorder, heartbreak at a tender age, losing business and the pressures of migrating to a new country with a young family, to know that EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE if you have faith, desire, strategy and support! In 2019, I met my own fitness and life coach who helped me to change my mindset, lose over 30 pounds, and find myself again. During COVID, I made the decision that I was not going back to the office, because it was time to walk in my calling! I decided to get certified as a health and life coach. I began helping clients to get unstuck, to think differently, to make difficult choices, to see themselves as loved and wanted, and to go after life with passion and energy. Anyhoo, enough of the dramatic stuff! I've been married for 18 years to a wonderful man I call my king, I'm a mom of three boys, a runner, a writer and a performance poet.
