I've overcome clinical depression, an eating disorder, heartbreak at a tender age, losing business and the pressures of migrating to a new country with a young family, to know that EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE if you have faith, desire, strategy and support! In 2019, I met my own fitness and life coach who helped me to change my mindset, lose over 30 pounds, and find myself again. During COVID, I made the decision that I was not going back to the office, because it was time to walk in my calling! I decided to get certified as a health and life coach.
