Recently, I had to reckon with seeing physical and emotional abuse take place right before my eyes. It made me think back to the one time I had to deal with such a situation in my own life.

I hope this episode helps whoever is trapped in a domestic violence situation. My encouragement to you is to get out while you can. You are worth more than what an abuser can give.
