Terms and Conditions

By submitting payment for Speak With Confidence Saint Lucia I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

I understand that Speak With Confidence Saint Lucia is an in-person public speaking and communication coaching program designed to help participants strengthen their confidence, delivery, message clarity, and speaking skills.

I understand that my enrolment is confirmed only after payment has been received.

I understand that all payments are final. Once payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued. If I am unable to attend the program after registering, I may contact Lisa Dublin to discuss whether a transfer to a future cohort is possible, but this is not guaranteed and must be approved in writing.

I understand that I am responsible for attending the scheduled classes, participating in the exercises, completing assigned speaking tasks, and practising between sessions.

I understand that missed classes are not refunded. Because this is a live in-person group program, missed sessions may not be made up privately unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I understand that Speak With Confidence Saint Lucia provides coaching, training, feedback, practice, and communication development. It does not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, speaking opportunities, income, business results, or personal results.

I understand that the program may include speaking practice, group feedback, peer interaction, video exercises, and presentation activities. I agree to participate respectfully and understand that growth requires practice, preparation, and personal responsibility.

I understand that all participants are expected to treat one another with respect, kindness, and confidentiality. Personal stories, practice speeches, and experiences shared by other participants during the program must not be repeated, recorded, posted, or shared outside the program without permission.

I understand that materials, frameworks, handouts, worksheets, slides, teaching methods, and program content shared in Speak With Confidence Saint Lucia are the intellectual property of Lisa Dublin and may not be copied, reproduced, taught, sold, distributed, or shared without written permission.

I understand that photos, short video clips, or testimonials may be requested for promotional purposes, but my image, name, or testimonial will not be used publicly without my permission.

I understand that Lisa Dublin reserves the right to remove a participant from the program if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or harmful to the learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
